PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
Interel worked with a major supplier of Internet equipment to conduct a Cold Firewalking activity for 300 managers at an offsite meeting. The safe indoor activity, developed by Interel, uses the Electric Maze EM3 in a configuration resembling a traditional fire-walking pit. Participants must walk across a 3' x 16' array of squares without stepping on a hot spot. The activity has high emotional impact without the physical risk and logistical inconvenience of a traditional fire walking activity. Participants formed into three teams of 10 members at each of the 10 Mazes set up for the event. The goal of the activity was to focus and prepare the attendees for a strategic initiative introduced at the meeting. The meeting agenda was very full, so the activity had to fit into a tight schedule. The activity successfully introduced, conducted and debriefed in 90 minutes.
